Nature’s Perfect Balance
Strawberry Matcha:
Mash 3-4 strawberries and 1 tsp of sweetener in a glass.
Add ice and 150ml of your favorite milk.
Whisk 1 tsp (2-3 g) of matcha with 30 ml of hot water (75°C).
Pour the matcha into the milk, stir, and enjoy!
Hot / Iced Matcha Latte:
Fill a glass with ice and pour in 150ml of your favorite milk (for a hot matcha latte, skip the ice and heat the milk).
Whisk 1 tsp (2-3g) g) of matcha with ml of hot water (75°C).
Pour the matcha into the milk, stir, and enjoy!
Mango Matcha Latte:
Mash 2-3 tbsp of fresh mango chunks in a glass (add 1 tsp of sweetener if desired). You can also use mango purée.
Add a handful of ice cubes and pour in 150ml of your favorite milk.
Whisk 1 tsp (2-3g) g) of matcha with ml of hot water(75°C).
Pour the matcha into the drink, stir, and enjoy!
Matcha Tonic:
Fill a glass with ice and add a slice of lime or lemon.
Pour in 150ml of tonic water.
Whisk 1 tsp (2-3 g) of matcha with 30 ml of hot water (75°C).
Pour the matcha into the tonic, stir, and enjoy!
