Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Avelor. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For EU Customers: There are no customs duties or extra taxes for shipping within the European Union. The price you pay at checkout is final.
For Non-EU Customers (e.g., UK, Switzerland, USA): Avelor is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
While we take great care in packaging our matcha tins to prevent damage, accidents can happen during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@avelor.pl with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at shop@avelor.pl if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building manager. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at shop@avelor.pl. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
